Located in the heart of Breckenridge, you’re one block from downtown and either a short two block walk from the gondola, or you can hop on the free shuttle that stops right in front of the complex. Cozy up in the living room with a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. Plus, there’s a family room with a pool table, gaming table and another large flat-screen TV – or enjoy your own private sauna!
The fully stocked kitchen features granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, plus all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or a full family meal! The dining area has a dining room table that seats eight, and there’s room for six more at the kitchen island. There are multiple decks with panoramic views. The Sawmill Creek complex also features two shared hot tubs and a shared gas grill next to a grassy picnic area.

- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

- Parking: two spaces total (covered or uncovered).
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
