Spring ski trip

Overall very good; great location, snowflake lift location, storage at great western rental shop just short path thru woods to equip rental shop. kitchen a bit small but had stocked items we needed so good. The most uncomfortable cotton percale sheets in second BR; not master- need to replace with quality sheets. But maybe all were same not sure. Heat stayed on entire time and could not turn living room heat off so has to keep several windows open to cool place down; left mgr msg via Vrbo app. Coffee maker you should be able to set for 10-12 cups but every morning it only made 2 cups first time try each morn. 2nd time might make more- replace. In 2nd BR faint flashing light goes on/ off all nt.

This was the perfect location to stay for a Breckenridge family ski trip! Easy access to the slopes and bus stop for transportation to the town for shopping and dining.

Great option near Snowflake lift

A short walk to the Snowflake lift, this is a great location in Breck. It is spacious for being in a multi-unit condo building, and kitchen and cooking utensils were better stocked than most condos I've rented. Unit was very well maintained and clean other than a couple very minor issues. It's much more ski out than ski in - the run to get back requires some cross-country "skating". Only 1 parking sport per unit and not allowing skis in the building can be a little annoying, but there were minor inconveniences considering the overall quality and location.

dated property but good location

Our family had a good time in Breck, condo location was pretty good. Snowflake lift very convenient. The property is dated, the living room is tight, old sofas, living room smaller than in the pictures. We couldn't change the temperature, it was stuck and pretty hot. Called maintenance, couldn't fix it. Dishwasher leak. Broken raw egg out in the balcony, I guess the cleaning crew didn't see it or ignored it. All reported to the property mgr. 3 bathrooms was nice, there were 5 of us.

Great ski in/out location

We had 5 people stay in the condo and could have had a couple more and been comfortable. The location is right on the snowflake lift. Downtown Breck is walkable from the condo. We also enjoyed the outdoor hottub.

Excellent Location

Loved the place and literally just outside is the chair lift. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so we all had our space. Complex shares an inside and outside hot tub and inside has dry and steam sauna too. Great family place with my kids

Great experience. Enjoyed very much. Would recommend more dish towels and dish rag. Not a big deal at all but would be nice to have the patio cleaned off of all cobwebs and dirt.

Great Location

We try to rent at Riverbend as much as we can due to its great location next to the snowflake lift and charter sports. This condo was great in size, rooms were also clean, modern, and well appointed.

Great place to stay!

Stayed there with my boys for a short weekend ski trip. Very convenient to the snowflake lift. A little difficult getting back from skiing. Make sure you take the snowflake run and not the 4 oclock, otherwise you're in for a bit of a walk back to the room. Heated garage with lockers for ski gear storage was a plus so you don't have to carry all that stuff to the room. We would definitely stay there again.

Georgia Family’s Ski Vacation

We are a family of four from Georgia and we were looking for a snowy getaway and Breck did not disappoint! We got 20+ inches of snow during our stay which we enjoyed in the slopes and sitting by the fireplace in the unit. The views were spectacular and everyone had their own room to relax at night. The unit is spacious and the washer and dryer worked great. The location couldn’t be better to get on the snowflake lift and to ski back at the end of the day. The unit is also a short walk to downtown for shopping and dining. The underground parking is the best we have had during all of our trips to Breck. We will definitely be back!

Nice, roomy condo. Well stocked kitchen. Close to Main Street for shopping and restaurants . You are able to walk right out to The Snowflake Lift. Take the 4 OClock Run back to the condo. The Snowflake Run takes you back, BUT has several flat areas.

Snowflake condo

Although the condo is adjacent to the snowflake lift and easily accessible within 20 yards of the building the lockers are located on the opposite side of the heated garage so there is still quite a bit of walking. Returning to the condo is via green slopes which can be very flat in some portions. If your a boarder you would not like this return. The condo was clean with minor inconveniences such as bad hair dryers, slow to dry dryer for your clothes, loose microwave at the bottom, and broken antiquated coffee pot. For the price, these issues should be corrected or upgraded. Had a large water leak into the garage which appeared to be coming from the spa. Lots of drying fans were placed down our hallway to the condo to dry up the water. We've stayed at multiple nice condos at various locations and ski resorts over the past 12 years and found this condo overly priced for the reasons discussed above. There are nicer condos with better locations for this price in my opinion.

Excellent!!

This is a great property. We love staying at the Snowflake lift so we can walk out to the lift in the morning and then ski in for lunch. This condo is very clean and has a good layout. The 3 full baths are great if you have people in each bedroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked.

Awesome condo, but VRBO issues checking in

The condo was absolutely fantastic. Kitchen super well equipped, as well as the rest of the place: lots of extra garbage bags (useful when you are 8!), paper towels, new sponges, dish and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, all sorts of spices for cooking, soaps, shampoos, conditioners in every bathroom, I was extremely pleasantly surprised, we didn't have to pack or buy any of this stuff. Rooms were good size, all equipped with TVs, dish and dvd players. There is also a storage place in the garage for your skis that is just for the apartment, so very secure. Hot tubs and saunas were a nice highlight at the end of the ski day. Btw, Snowflake lift is literally 40 steps away, great location, and bus to town is there too in case you don't want to walk for 12mn. Bottom floor, but great view of the ski lifts 😉 Can't say enough about the great condo, amenities and location! Less good: 1) 1 parking spot only in the garage for the entire condo (really for 8 ppl?), also, garage has low ceilings, you wont fit with a Suburban with a ski box on top (but they do tell you in the condo description upon reserving), 2) no pantry so we had to put lots of things on the counters, 3) condo got too hot (we did follow the instructions given and often had the balconies' doors open), 4) most important: VRBO is very badly integrated with Great Western Lodge which manages the facilities. I had no email, no instructions, nothing telling me where to go when arriving. Nothing on my VRBO app either, which I have used many times before for communication with the owners). I assumed they would have some office nearby or on premise as most condos there do, but no, it was in town. No postings on the door or anything. I called their number which kept on going to voicemail (later found out they had an issue with the phones that day). I called the emergency number and a super nice fellow helped through (forgot his name, but was awesome! He calmed me down so much, we were 2 couples with 4 kids total and thought our reservation never went through bc VRBO app was showing I didn't pay though I had). He was able to reach the office in town, but they were closing in a few minutes, and we didn't have time to get there. Well, Erin (working there) was AMAZING! She patiently waited for us to get there, checked us in and explained everything to us, never rushed us even though she left super late. THANK YOU! VRBO, you need to invest in better integration with 3PPs...

Quiet & comfortable accommodations with access to so many things nearby!

We really enjoyed this 3 bedroom condo. The pictures did not do it justice. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Great open main living area. Kitchen was well stocked for all of your cooking needs. We also enjoyed easy access to Main Street which was just a short walk from the condo. The snowflake trailhead is right outside this property which is a beautiful and very well maintained trail with a creak that runs along a lot of the trail. This was a great summer location for what we were doing in Breckenridge and I imagine it would be a good location for winter as well because their was lift right next to the property. Thank you to the property owners for such a nice place to stay!
