Enjoy this modern, scenic, newly-renovated A-Frame for your next getaway. With stunning modern art and furnishings, a hot tub, a spacious large deck, surround-sound music and bar, two living rooms, and an unbeatable view, your group will be entertained and comfortable in style. Situated perfectly to avoid the crowds yet still a short enough drive to your favorite ski lift. Housing up to 10 guests can easily enjoy the only municipality in the world to own 27-holes of Jack Nicklaus-designed golf!
The Space:
Stylishly decorated with bright spaces, colorful artwork, and gold-toned accents, this home features 4 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 bunk beds), 3.5 baths, a loft, two living rooms, a washer and dryer, and a two-car garage. Entertain the entire group over a BBQ meal on the spacious top deck off the main living room!
Main floor: open concept kitchen & living room, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, wrap-around patio.
Downstairs floor: second living room with wine bar, exterior sliding door to the hot tub, two bedrooms, and shared bathroom.
Upstairs floor: loft with bunk beds, shared bathroom, and second master bedroom.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
It is illegal to park on the county roads and the property has a 4-car limit. The vehicles must be parked in the garage or driveway, preferably the garage.
Guests will have access to the two-car garage, and a 24/7 check in.
The Neighborhood:
This elevated neighborhood north of Breckenridge offers privacy and stunning views while in close proximity to the Breckenridge Golf Club. You may want to explore the Peak 7 area as well, which boasts many activities to offer something for everyone! A six-minute drive will transport you to the Broken Compass, one of the best breweries in the country. This listing is also a 7-minute drive from Breckenridge Distillery, an award-winning and stylish new restaurant offering modern American cuisine with altitude.
If you bring your family with you, check out the Peak 8 Fun Park just a short 13-minute drive away during the Summer. The Gondola will take you to a park featuring activities for all ages--zip lines, canopy tours, gold panning, or take your whole family out for a 4x4 Jeep tour! Parking is free in downtown Breckenridge.
Getting Around:
We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the Gondola, restaurants, etc. Uber is available as well. Located a short drive from the town center.
Other Things to Note:
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
Please note that the upstairs floors are accessible via a spiral staircase.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

This home is pet-friendly! We welcome up to 2 dogs per reservation. A pet fee of $150 per dog will apply. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing pets, so we can ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
