New Year’s 2024 stay

Overall clean and well furnished with plenty of glassware, kitchen utensils and bedding. We used it to ski and made several trips to the Quicksilver lift over several days. It fit our group of 9 very comfortably!

Fabulous weekend getaway

Our group of friends really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and spacious for our group. We had everything we needed and were close to town/ski lifts. Easy check in and check out. Overall great place!

Great location, and really cozy.

We loved our stay. The place is cozy, comfortable, and a convenient 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver lift and to Main street. Property owner and manager promptly responded to a small setback we had during check in and were very accommodating with our checkout restriction. My friends and I would definitely come back.

Great Place

We had a great stay in this condo. It was clean and roomy. The location was great. We were in walking distance from everything we needed. We even had a chance to check out the hot tubs, a nice way to spend a couple of hours. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

We loved this place. First of all, easy access to the property and excellent communication with the property management co made our stay easy, comfortable and stress free. This condo's updated kitchen and living area we roomy, comfy and clean. The location was great because it was quiet at night but was only a 6 minute walk to the edge of downtown and lots of restaurants and shops. The creek snd woods behind the building gave us the feel of a cabin in the woods yet it was condo living steps away from downtown. And, the amenities were great! The pool was just across the street yet when we wanted to stay in there were plenty of streaming services on TV. And having 2 undercover parking spots was a bonus. The only thing to note is this is a 3rd floor location with no central air. Temps were not too hot so the plethora of box/area fans did the trick when we needed them. We will be back!

Great location, lots of room, stocked kitchen supplies, weird communication.

We had a great stay at this unit! So much room for lots of people to stay and a great location walkable to downtown Breck. Massive couch to hang by the warm fireplace, a beautiful overlook from the deck, and the kitchen is stocked with all you need to make your own meals. My two complaints were: 1) We got charged for a broken blind in the unit that we did not cause. I reached out to the property manager, and they deferred to the owner, who never responded. Unprofessionally handled by the management team, in my opinion. 2) Contradictory and unclear communication about the number of beds in the unit and confusing parking spots.

Perfect location

Property was clean, had games for the kids, kitchen had every thing we needed, washer/dryer in unit was very helpful. The hot tub and pool were a short walk. Downtown was quick and easy to get too. We were able to walk to the lift. Owner was great, very responsive. Will rent again.

Could have used a check thru. There were 5 coffee makers!! The fireplace did not work. It said the switch was above the wine fridge but there was no wine fridge. Sheets were too small for the bed

Quick walk to quick silver lift

Overall good experience. The heat did not work when we arrived but PMI brought us space heaters. The location is great to get to the quicksilver ski lift.

Nice property right in the heart of town

This is very nice and clean property with everything that you could ask for. It’s centrally located in a quiet neighborhood and is minutes walk from the Village.

Great location - Great Stay...

The setup was perfect and has a quick walk out the back to the slopes. It is close to town and we had a great time. The hot tub is right across the street from the condo. We would definitely stay here again.
