It was a wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood with fantastic news of the ski hill. Our entire group was pleased with the cleanliness of the stay and the cooperation of the management company. We would definitely be planning on staying again thank you very much.

Exceptional property and location!

Perfect lodge Perfect location - just need more money to come back!!

Timber Lodge is simply fantastic, a little more room then we needed for 5 Adults :-) Rooms spread over 3 floors, all bedrooms lovely 3 doubles. With the other two rooms multi bed but all large. All bathrooms great a couple as you would expect with a few more frills. For us not quite ski in ski out - but barely 100metres gets you on the slopes. Early morning stroll up hill and through gap in lodges round the corner. About a 10 metre walk through snow. The private bus - shared with others on the road and ski hill 1 worked a treat. Log on to the app .. before you book gives an indication of how long so you can be ready - may pick up others on the way; we used every day with no probs. River rentals support and advice was great - highly recommend. Didn’t use the concierge for food, from UK and although would have been super convenient the charges just seemed out of proportion (not river rentals). We asked the taxi to stop off at the City Marketon the way in. Hot tub, sauna, pool table and a open space kitchen, dinning and living areas to die for. This for us was a return trip to Breckenridge after 30years - and the area and the lodge were a complete triump. Liked the black tie skis service to the door - prompt and just great people. I could go on - but think you get the idea we loved the lodge, RR service the skiing (not all open - but enough). Just fab - downside we should have booked at least 10 days!. Would get a U.S. sim or check your code to use local delivery apps

Nice home, great for families & friends

Easy check-in process. Only a 3 minute drive to peak 8 or a 100 yard walk to the slopes if you want to ski down to peak 8. Stayed with another couple and our daughter-- plenty of space with nice living area.

Spring break trip

Beautiful home with amazing views! A few issues with access to the shuttle, fireplace in family room didn’t work, coffee machine didn’t work great, needed cleaning. Listing indicates laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent were included which is basically whatever’s left from the previous renter. The hot tub and sauna were perfect after a day of skiing! We thoroughly enjoyed the big kitchen! Used “key concierge” to get a few groceries before we arrived! I’d highly recommend doing this(a little pricey) but happy to have when we arrived. Entry access to home was very easy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Luxurious ski retreat

Timber trail was a pleasure in every way. The house is spacious and comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the mountain to start your ski day and and skiing back to the end of the heated driveway can’t be beat. The hot tub, pool table, and multiple fireplaces perfectly complimented our ski vacation.

Beautiful Breck home

Overall very happy with the property, beautiful views and close to downtown Breck. Kitchen & bar area was well stocked and plenty of space for 3 families to share. A few minor changes that would make it 5+ star - new bath towels, fix toilet paper holder in upstairs master, smell of gas in hot tub area, outdoor grill needs cleaned or replaced. Loved the home, would stay again.

Spectacular Spring Ski & Easter Celebration

We hosted a family gathering of three generations including 4 teenage kids, tough customers! The location is perfect — easy access to skiing and the shuttle service was so convenient to arrange, and on time!! Everyone had space to spread out, relax, and then come together for egg hunts, board games, and enjoying meals together. The rental agency made check in/out so simple — all we had to do was create memories and focus on fun. Highly recommend this rental and we’re excited to rebook!!

Great house close to the slopes with plenty of space for our large group

Our group’s second time at the property was another success. The house has everything you need for a ski trip. Group especially enjoyed utilizing the house’s access to One Ski Place, specifically the bowling alley. We’ll be back again soon!

The place was great

Great location. Ski access was about a 50 yard walk out. Ski in was right up to driveway. House was plenty big enough for the 6 couples in my group. Well stocked kitchen. Hot tub could be larger for that big of a house but that’s getting pretty picky. Would love to stay there again on next trip if available. Thanks!!

Ski 2021

What an amazing place to spend our annual family ski trip! Management staff was wonderful to us! We were able to get an early check-in. There was both plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and also room to all be together. The sauna and hot tub were a huge hit after a day in the slopes. We would love to stay at this house again!

Timber Trail FTW!

Great property with all the amenities you could hope for. Very close access to the mountain for skiing. Great kitchen for cooking meals and entertaining a large group. Family room was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of sleeping space for our whole group. The kids loved the downstairs bunk beds and guest suite. The double masters were great for our two families. The hot tub after a long day on the slopes was perfect. Highly recommended!

Wedding Weekend

Rented the house for us and friends for our wedding weekend. Really enjoyed our stay in the house. The house was inviting and came with everything we needed and more! There were some maintenance issues that should have been addressed sooner rather than later and would recommend for some updated mattresses and pillows. But overall a comfortable stay!
