Summary:
Welcome to your Breckenridge home base. This ski-in/ski-out condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you close to downtown with mountain views and on-site resort amenities.
The Space:
Settle into a comfortable, alpine-inspired condo designed for easy resort days and cozy evenings. The living area offers space to relax after the slopes, with a sofa sleeper for flexible sleeping arrangements and a game console for downtime entertainment. You’ll have Wi-Fi to stay connected, plus elevator access in the building for added convenience.
Step outside and make the most of the on-site amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. With a mountain view and direct access to the lifts, you can start and end your ski day right from the resort and be close to Main Street’s shops, dining, and local favorites.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)
• Bedroom: Two queen beds; sleeps up to 4
• Living Room: Sofa sleeper; sleeps up to 2
• Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with standard tub/shower combo (hall access)
Important Things to Note
• Parking: 1 parking spot is available for an additional fee. The parking rates range from $10 per night $50 per night, depending on the season. Please see the front desk upon arrival to obtain your parking permit.
• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management. If it’s unavailable, stairs will be required.
• Wi-Fi: Due to Breckenridge’s remote mountain location and local infrastructure, internet and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet-friendly. Please plan accordingly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
