Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6) w/ attached heated 1 car garage

A beautiful open floor plan with a 55 inch TV/Sound System above the fireplace in the cozy living room that has a queen sized pull out couch that can sleep 2. The kitchen was recently remodeled including new appliance. There is a separate dining area near the sliding glass doors which lead to the covered patio w/ mountain views. The extremely private lower level has two bedrooms with brand new king sized tempur-pedi beds. There are two updated bathrooms and a stackable washer and dryer. Steps to the bus stop and easy access to the Snowflake Lift (path to lift is a short walk from unit) and Beaver Run SuperChair. You can walk downtown and to the River Walk for shops, Restaurants.

Our property is cleaned and ready for your arrival using the disinfection process which exceeds the Safe Home guidelines set out by Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals and the Vacation Rental Manager's Association.

Great early season stay

Good location, was ski-out but not yet ski-in when we were there (early season, not all trails open) but with a free bus stop right at the end of the street it was still super easy to get in & out. Condo was great too - heated garage, clean, good layout and had everything we needed!

Very Nice and Convenient

Great Setting. Good neighbors. Convenient to everything. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of supplies. Good layout. Garage was handy to store bikes and fishing gear. Would recommend to friends.

BEST vacation!!

We had an amazing vacation in Breckenridge and coming home every night to this well kept and clean condo was the icing on the cake! Walking distance to downtown (about 1/2 mile) and being walking distance to snowflake trail was a real treat! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!!!

Great Location!

The condo was exactly as stated online. It slept our family of 5 perfectly. We were walking distance to the Ski rental shop and Snowflake lift. Our checkin was a bit late due to cleaners being short staffed, but Jane (Owner) kept us in the loop the whole time and was great to work with. The delay I feel like was the exception due to Christmas week and the volume of out of town people in town. Town is great and within walking distance. Skiing was awesome even with the crowds. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great location, felt like home

This was a great location for everything. The Snowflake lift was a short 5 minute walk away and Main Street was within walking distance as well. I'll count myself lucky if I get to stay here again.

Great location and lovely spacious condo

The condo is very well stocked, has lots of room, has comfortable beds, has a heated garage and an extra parking space. Getting to the Snowflake lift was quick. As well, you are very, very close to the Beaver Run lift with shuttles right behind the condo. So access to the hills is amazing! What you get for your money is excellent. The only downside is that the radiant floor heating takes quite a bit of time to change the temperature. There are portable heaters to help until the condo warms up though. Communication with the owner was exceptionally friendly and quick. You will be quite happy staying here if you choose! If I can, I would definitely come back.

Christmas ski trip

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was with the heat, we never could get it to work properly. It would go from hot to cold downstairs and we adjusted the temperature to 60 and it was still very warm.
