「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't...

You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. 」
