"Room/Toilet was not cleaned till late evening inspite of multiple requests/reminders to have it cleaned early in the morning. I was working out of the hotel and it was a terrible sight to see the mess whole day. "

"The room was clean, however, our window shade was broken so it wouldn’t come down all the way — less privacy and can’t control the light due to this. It’s an easy fix for the hotel. Breakfast was standard — no waffles or muffins or individual yogurt. Overall, not bad for a place you need to stay and shower. "

"First thing I always check everything in the room and when the toilet seat was lifted there was yellow pee stains, GROSS. I was taking a shower and they shut off the water in the middle of my shower, no notice next day they turned it off again while brushing my teeth, no notice! Went to get coffee and juice for my daughter saw a roach crawl up in the juice dispenser, so NO juice. My husband left a little complaint and when I went down to take my dog out she asked if i could ask him to take it down, uh NO!! Never ate the food to scared too. The elevator sounded like it was on it's last leg kinda scary. I will never stay there again and may not use Expedia."

"Breakfast was good has everything you need to eat. Parking was great no problem and felt very safe. Mattress do need to be replaced they were very soft and middle was a little sunk in. It would have been just fine for me but husband and I together made it obvious. Bedding was great and slept well. Staff was so nice and would definitely stay again"

"The room was clean and fresh. Every time we walked in we commented on how nice it smelled. Lol! The breakfast was very good. Biscuit and heavy, eggs, sausage, pancakes, just fantastic options. Plenty of seating for our large group to eat together. It was a very pleasant stay. "
