"We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. The area was good, local shops and crystal clear seas and beautiful coves a short drive."

Die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen bietet viel Platz auch für Kinder. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung zu sehen, kein Neubau aber dafür eine Wohnung mit Charme... Im Aussenbereich gibt es viele Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten und der Pool sorgt für Erfrischung. "

"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

The house was perfectly clean as were the surroundings and we found all amenities and equipment you would need for having a lovely and memorable vacation. "Ich habe mit meiner Familie und unseren Hunden 12 erholsame Tage verbracht. Wir waren zu 6 und mit 3 Hunden unterwegs. Die Häuser Aufteilung war für uns ideal, so hatte jeder seine eigenes Reich und seine Rückzugs Möglichkeiten.Wir hatten etwas Pech unser Boiler war kaputt. Die Kontaktaufnahme lief problemlos über WhatsApp und der Boiler wurde schnellstmöglich repariert. Jeden zweiten Tag kam der Hausmeister, kümmerte sich um den Pool und alles andere. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage."

Due to the unique location of the house, it’s a little tricky to find initially but when you do find it and go down the steep hill to the house, the view will take your breath away!
