"Check in - very easy you get an email sent to you that opens the main door, gate and lock box (you literally press open and the main gate buzzes open for you) Apartment - perfect location there is a metro stop 12 min walk and the tram is 5 min walk, 20 min walk to the spa. Cleanliness - immaculate The apartment is on a road where there are lots of local restaurants and bar. We were 2 young females travelling and we felt very safe in that area. "For the price of the room, it was not worth it. The good first, it was close to Milano Centrale, the view from the 7th floor was nice. The bad, when we entered the room there was a hole in the wall from the door handle, the tvs did not work, the room was crammed as if they were trying to fit as many beds as possible into it, there were water spots on the sink faucets, the tiles in the bathroom were not sealed so water got under them, and worst of all the shower drain did not work so if you took a shower too long it flooded the bathroom. The only staff worker that was helpful was the cleaning lady. She would always make our beds and do her job as you would expect a 4 star hotel would be. When we told the front staff about our problems they asked what room and then said they would fix it. That was on the first day. They didn’t write down our room number or anything, just said they would take care of it. It was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I would NOT recommend this hotel, the pictures deceive you and especially if it’s a hot day the lack of ventilation in the room makes it almost better to be outside and sweaty. Please do your research of the location of the hotel before you book."
