First room we had was horrible, it smelled so bad, damp and musty, the spout in the bathtub was falling off and couldn’t turn on the water. With that being said, there’s no way house keeping cleaned that bathtub/shower recently. We informed staff and were moved to different room which was better. I don’t know her name but the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful otherwise this review would have been one star across the board. Except for the area around the property, lots of food choices

Our room was assigned to another guest after we had checked in. Our sleep was disrupted several times by the other guest trying to get in (thank goodness for deadbolt) and by the hotel employee trying to sort out the matter. It was unsettling to say the least. I asked the employee to call me to let me know the matter had been resolved so we could rest easier but no call was received. At checkout the next morning, I was not asked about my stay but I volunteered that we had experienced an awful night. The employee, Uma, apologized but said there was nothing more she could do beyond saying “I am sorry”. No one tried to make amends.

Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Faucet was hard to turn off and was warned that a/c might not come back on if I turned it off. Otherwise no problems. Great value!

This hotel was horrible, room 101, tub was rusted out, carpet was sticky sounding when you walked on it, coverlets had nasty stains or had not been cleaned. The furniture looked like if was from the 60s and ragged! Also the door dirty and several flies. Smelled of Marijuana

Sheets were dirty. Housekeeping was mad to say the least and argued with me about changing sheets.
Did finally change sheets complaining and throwing things around.
Also booked a handicapped accessible room. ( as my boyfriend has 2 prosthetic legs. )
All that means at that hotel is there are grab bars randomly placed on the walls in the bathroom
No roll or walk in shower. No shower chair or bench
Inside of shower is more shallow then it appears on the outside. So I tripped out and he couldn’t even shower. Was asked the front desk if maybe they made a mistake with the room. She said no.
Won’t be back there.

Could Be Better – Cleanliness Needs Attention"
My friends stayed at this location for a short trip, and while the staff was polite and check-in was smooth, the overall cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The carpets looked worn, and there was visible dust and residue in corners and on some surfaces. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well — it didn’t feel freshly sanitized.
The lack of attention to cleanliness made it hard to relax fully. With a bit more care in housekeeping, this hotel could be much more welcoming.

I do not like to give bad reviews but this has to be said. There are signs posted all over the property "Non smoking facility" and yet you could peel the tar off the walls of the room they gave us. There were burn marks on the toilet seat, on the comforter and the bathroom counter. In addition to that, two men sitting in the stairwell, SMOKING, harassed us as we went to our room. We chose not to stay and went elsewhere. I can tell you that there were two employees that sincerely tried to be of assistance. That was Donna and Tim. Their genuine concern of our OBVIOUS complaint was heard but they were not in positions to help. I called and left a message for the manager but no call back received. I guess that shows the attitude of the hotel. Beware and go elsewhere.

Dana deserves to be general manager ….. very pleasant and humble front desk worker ;0) always smiling , very very friendly and helpful
