“Bedding is poor. Old spring mattress, i would not recommend it if you have weak back. One of the radiators does not work. Parking charges are a rip off instead of charging per calendar date, it should be charged per 24 hours Otherwise a very clean property ”

“Excellent option for families, with three separate sleeping areas that are all perfectly comfortable (perhaps the single most important thing). Quiet. Right on the main bus lines for sightseeing on your way to major attractions. Great local restaurants en route to the tube (highly recommend Marina and Genco). Also terrific closet space, and room for everyone to lounge comfortably after a long day. Just a good all-around space, with highly responsive hosts. ”

“We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable.”

“We stayed for 1 night in July the apartment was in very good condition, everything was provided with great kitchen facilities (even herbs and spices) tea/coffee tray and cleaning products. The beds were comfortable with a much needed fan in the bedroom. Overall great location and safe quiet apartment block, fantastic hosts and close to amenities/transport. We would definitely recommend.”

“They contacted me at 11.30pm the night before our stay to cancel with an apparent leak. Have not been able to contact them since. Trying to sort out a refund as I had already paid. Had to sort out alternative accommodation through another booking agent at 1am the morning of my London stay. Avoid at all costs. ”

“We were very impressed with all the amenities. Even during the heat wave, we were comfortable. My only issue would be for first time folks - learn to use the transit system. It really works great if you solve it. Get an oyster card (maybe even a visitor one) prior. Groceries easily available. The unit itself was impeccably clean and we loved it. Thanks for a great stay for first timers. ”

"It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling! I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed. "
