“Easy booking and communication. Good access to the metro, grocery, and restaurants. Very diverse area for all types of food. No couch or lounge chair but the chairs for the table were comfortable (apartment 2).”

“Excellent option for families, with three separate sleeping areas that are all perfectly comfortable (perhaps the single most important thing). Quiet. Right on the main bus lines for sightseeing on your way to major attractions. Great local restaurants en route to the tube (highly recommend Marina and Genco). Also terrific closet space, and room for everyone to lounge comfortably after a long day. Just a good all-around space, with highly responsive hosts. ”

“We had a great stay in this flat. It was clean, very close to the Queens Park tube stop and in a great little neighborhood of stores and restaurants. Be aware that the flat is one story up from the street, and it's a steep and narrow staircase. Those with mobility concerns might find this challenging. It's also worth noting that the rear of the apartment is only a few hundred feet (or less) from the overground tracks, BUT the trains are very quiet -- just a whooshing sound. I actually found it……

“They contacted me at 11.30pm the night before our stay to cancel with an apparent leak. Have not been able to contact them since. Trying to sort out a refund as I had already paid. Had to sort out alternative accommodation through another booking agent at 1am the morning of my London stay. Avoid at all costs. ”

“We were very impressed with all the amenities. Even during the heat wave, we were comfortable. My only issue would be for first time folks - learn to use the transit system. It really works great if you solve it. Get an oyster card (maybe even a visitor one) prior. Groceries easily available. The unit itself was impeccably clean and we loved it. Thanks for a great stay for first timers. ”
