“We stayed two nights and I'm pretty sure I didn't sleep either night....The beds were like sleeping on the ground, not comfortable at all.....You had to ask for towels for the pool and they were like a small bath towel....”

“I had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay. I made reservations for my daughter’s master’s graduation on May 2, fully expecting higher rates due to events at the University of Alabama. While I understood the premium pricing, I did not expect to pay three times the usual rate for such poor conditions. I was especially careful in selecting a hotel that would accommodate both myself and my mother, who has MS. After driving over six hours, we arrived after 8 PM only to be assigned……

“Everything was great”

“I rate everything pos. We had an extremely long check in, someone entered the room when we were in the room. The drawers were falling off furniture. The bathtub was a nice gray color when it should be white. The rooms smelled musty as well. Breakfast was the only thing I felt was good.”

“I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Tuscaloosa with my family during graduation weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we got to the room, we were uncomfortable. There was a noticeable smell, and the condition of the bathroom was concerning, especially seeing what appeared to be mold. It did not feel clean or welcoming, which made it hard for us to relax. We ended up leaving a day early because we just didn’t feel comfortable staying any……

“Wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are being cleaned only every other day ( looks like Marriott thing ) so if you stay 2 nights , your room won’t be cleaned. I think that at least towels should be exchanged without asking. Also beds should be made , garbage cans emptied, cups replaced etc . Water in the pool was cold , not heated , so it took some prayers to get in the water ( I swim evwry day and choose hotels with pools) . There was nice size TV in the room and my room, on……
