「Excellent stay, clean, quiet and only $7 uber ride to Broadway! Was a perfect place for us. will book again.」

「The condo was clean, kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, and parking is right at the front door. Nice river views! The Cumberland River Greenway, a very nice walking path, is located just a few steps over the grass strip after exiting the condo parking area and is nice walk to downtown. We walked south, parallel to the river, all the way to Broadway. We also walked west and past Sounds ballpark and then south down 5th Ave to downtown. We didn't use the pool, but pool and pool deck...

Very nice place the condo was in a great location in building. close to elevator, parking, gym and pool.Very nicely stocked and equipped for making a meal. It is just Nice as the pictures show. Great size for the 2 of us. Definitely would stay again.Thank you we really enjoyed our visit.」

「Really great area with great food options and entertainment. Close to everything too! The home was clean, beds were comfy and a very unique home. ONLY suggestion would be to tint the roll up door windows. The bar downstairs of the building is awesome but the entrance and smoking section is right outside of the house and people kinda stare at you like you’re in a fish bowl. 」

「It was a mixed experience staying at The Gilmore. First the positives - the location can't be beat. Right in the middle of 12 South. Front desk team were really nice and easy to communicate with and responsive when we had issues. And despite being right on 12 South, the rooms were quiet.The not so positives - this building is brand new. It was built to be condos and only recently converted into a hotel/VRBO property. As such, there is only one elevator for the entire building - both guests...
