Everything about the hotel was good but the mattress was not comfortable so made it difficult to sleep. Unsure if they do the mattress or it just need replacing. Normally I'm fine with sleeping and have a hard mattress at home but this was solid and felt like it had an indentation from previous guests.

Nous avons dû demander au veilleur de nuit de nous apporter des serviettes de bains car les serviettes n'étaient prévues que pour une personne, ce le deuxième jour,on glisse dans la douche, c'est très dangereux, obligés de mettre une serviette sur le sol de la douche pour éviter un accident...Pas de verres à dents. Ménage approximatif, plus de mouchoirs en papier dans la salle d'eau, ce le deuxième jour aussi. le restaurant est très décevant, une carte d'une pauvreté inouïe, très petites portions Personnel gentil et serviable, seul le petit déjeuner "tire son épingle du jeu"

Super helpful and kind staff

It was an amazing trip and stay. The hotel staff was super helpful and so very kind. The room was perfect for us. We would’ve loved to have had a mini fridge, but that is my only gripe. If we ever go to Brest again I would 100% stay here again.

Charmant hôtel dans la belle rue de Siam. Environnement très agréable, décor chaleureux, personnel accueillant. L’hôtel parfait pour passer un agréable moment. Malgré un bar très achalandé en face de l’hôtel tout à été mis en œuvre pour assurer la quiétude et c’est réussi. De belles grandes fenêtres permettre de profiter de l’air frais et des premiers rayons de soleil.

Séjour agréable

Points + : excellente situation géographique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel compétent et souriant. Petit-déjeuner très correct (il faudrait juste rajouter un plus de choix au niveau de la charcuterie). Ménage très efficace. Plusieurs produits mis à disposition dont de bons produits Rituals. Points - : Décoration de l'espace lit vieillotte (la salle de bain est petite mais bien équipée). Pas de prise près du lit. Pas de coffre fort, ni de mini-bar.

Ne vaut absolument pas un 4 étoiles

Hôtel qui ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles ! Emplacement très bien dans le centre de Brest. Accueil et propreté ok mais les chambres auraient vraiment besoin d’une grosse rénovation. C’est vieillot, abîmé, avec une mauvaise odeur dans les chambres et la literie n’est pas confortable. Décevant !
