“Something happened where a guest made the sprinklers turn on above; the owner was so classy; he upgraded our room graciously. We would 100 percent recommend this place! Furthermore: The turtles are is season! About 60-75 days the green turtles eggs will hatch! This is the perfect place for that! We saw the tracks! This is a perfect place to get away with perfect restaurants all around. Everything is upgraded and the views where amazing!”

“Great location, loved the updates, and was so grateful for the nice touches like beach chairs, beach/pool towels, coolers, etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Because this is not a hotel, it did not feel overcrowded at the pool and beach. We were able to enjoy the property fully. Only part of the balcony has a beach view - but it is perfect anyway!”

“Chateau by the Sea was wonderful! The condo was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped. We loved the amazing rooftop views—we even got to watch a rocket launch from the Kennedy Space Center! The beach closet stocked with chairs, an umbrella, and towels was an excellent, convenient touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and responded instantly the few times we needed assistance. We had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend it!”

“Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well. Towels and linen smelled fresh. Kitchen was stocked. The beach is right across the street. Looking forward to coming back soon.”
