We very much enjoyed our stay at the rustic cabin. It was clean and comfortable and a very pleasant place to stay. The area is quiet and yet not far from downtown Brevard. Over all it was a wonderful place to stay.

We arrived to find the house cold (like 50 degrees) and a horrible stench filled the entire house like we just entered a wet, nasty forest fire! We contacted management and requested another local Vrbo, but they refused! Then they had some hick that obviously wasn’t qualified come out 2 days after our reservation started to prep the hot tub, which should of been done prior to our arrival! He drained the nasty, dirty hot tub, and when he attempted to refill it, there wasn’t enough water in the spring fed reservoir, rather than stopping once the water stopped, he continued to run the pump until he burnt up the pump! Now the whole house has no water, couldn’t flush any toilets, couldn’t wash our hands, it’s was HORRIBLE! After they sat at our house all day trying to fix it, they were unsuccessful! They then advised me they weren’t able to pay for a hotel for us, WE HAD TO GO BACK INTO OUR POCKETS AND PAY FOR A PLACE TO STAY THAT HAD RUNNING WATER! When I requested a refund, they only offered $300, and of course we would be required to sign a release of liability, stating we wouldn’t make ANY post, reviews, or negative statements…. NO THANKS, I felt it was my civil duty to help others from making the same mistake! STAY CLEAR OF THIS MANAGEMENT CO! More to come
