Mid-Century Magic is tucked away on a private, wooded half-acre lot directly behind the courthouse, just one block from the heart of historic downtown Brevard. You can walk to wonderful restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and boutiques, then return home to your own quiet sanctuary.

We take cleanliness seriously. All of our linens are professionally laundered, ensuring a fresh, spotless, and welcoming experience for every guest.

Mid-Century Magic is just half a block from Brevard Brewing Company, Falls Landing, The Blind Mule, and Wine Down, and only two blocks from Square Root, one of Brevard's favorite restaurants. Brevard College is also just two blocks away, and the renowned Brevard Music Center is only a mile from the house.

Beautifully restored and thoughtfully furnished, Mid-Century Magic is one of Brevard's most distinctive homes. Its remarkable hexagonal living room is surrounded by windows that fill the space with natural light. Colorful accents, tasteful furnishings, and a wonderful blend of mid-century character and modern comfort make this home truly special.

The house features three comfortable bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with twin beds—all with excellent mattresses, cozy duvets, and inviting bedding. Two remodeled bathrooms include a spacious walk-in shower in an accessible bathroom and a second bathroom with a shower and tub.

The fully equipped modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed for cooking, entertaining, or enjoying an extended stay. High-speed Wi-Fi and a 55-inch flat-screen television with streaming services provide all the conveniences of home.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio with a gas grill, a game of cornhole, and plenty of parking. An outdoor 220-volt outlet is available in the driveway, and a portable accessibility ramp can be provided upon request.

Cyclists are especially welcome! We provide a hose for washing bikes and a clean, locked storage room at the back of the house. If you'd like recommendations from an experienced local cyclist, Luanne will be happy to connect you.
