This is not the usual subject for a review, but this was one of the most cat proof and cat convenient motels Inhave ever stayed. The platform base on the bed fit so cats could not squeeze in and the head of the bed fit tightly against the wall. Only at the bottom of the beds do I have to stuff pillows so
My cats could not sneak unde. The couch in the room also had so areas where cats could squeeze in. The bathroom was large so plenty of room for a litter box and food dishes.

The beds were comfortable and clean looking but the carpet was beyond dirty. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure in the shower but there were two hand towels and facecloths with only one bath towel for two of us.

Room was not properly cleaned, Cole slaw left in fridge, shirt in corner of the room. Overall this place rates lower than RedRoof or Motel 6 where we stayed when we had pets and which are considerably cheaper. Not satisfied.

The room (4th floor king) was clean and quite beautiful and plenty of space as well as storage. Only thing missing was a room safe. The hotel is elegant. Breakfast as well as evening drinks and food (all included) was excellent value and service. The front desk and the valet service was also excellent. Highly recommend and would return.

Check in was fine. Our room was not great - the bathroom has a mold issue. The hallway smelled like pot smoke evening and morning. The breakfast was fine, but no staff person was present at the desk the whole time I was there from 6am to 8am.

Check in was quick, easy and friendly. I appreciated the clean towels and bed linens but the tub had hair in it, the toilet needed to be scrubbed, the light in the bathroom wouldn't turn on, and the soap dispenser was empty.

Went to dinner - and returned to a parking lot of people just wandering around. Obviously either high or drunk.
Place has an odd odor. Babies and dogs barking. Staff was not very friendly when being checked in. Didn’t communicate very well and seemed indifferent. Manager was on her cell phone nearly the whole time while “training” a new person.
