Beautiful home

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The home was lovely, very clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were the icing on the cake. My daughter had a ball. We were close to delicious restaurants (Copper Top Tavern is a must!) and grocery stores (Wegmans). Just a wonderful, relaxing time. We would definitely love to return in the future. And..Nate was awesome in communicating back and forth.

Relaxing Lakefront Getaway – Perfect for Families

We had a wonderful stay at this relaxing lakefront house that offered the perfect blend of tranquility and family fun. From the big back yard (with plenty of room for cornhole and yard games), fire pit, and private dock, to evenings spent paddle boarding and boating, we made countless great memories.The house was spotless upon arrival and very well-equipped. The spacious kitchen, complete with beautiful lake views, made cooking together a joy. The two master bedrooms were large and comfortable, each with gorgeous views. The additional bedrooms with bunk beds were ideal for hosting our two families comfortably.A special highlight was the game room in the garage, it was an unexpected bonus and a big hit with both the kids and adults! The pool was a great alternative to lake swimming, and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub (though it could use a good deep clean).Overall, it was an amazing trip, and we hope to return soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, fun-filled lake escape!

Unhappy rental experience

Advertised as having heated pool which is why we selected the property. Notified owner that pool was dirty and cold on check in and had not been serviced. He never acknowledged the heater was unhooked and on the side of the pool but said pool company would come to check the pool. Never serviced the week of the rental. Found out after the heater had been unhooked for a long time. Never acknowledged rental concerns or lack of service and would not rebate portion of rental. Further decking and pool railing condition - beware if traveling with small kids. Finally smoke alarm downstairs was dangling from ceiling and did not appear to be connected. Never rent here again.
