Lovely vacation home for a group!

Great Stay!

Loved the quiet neighborhood, was close to everything we wanted to do (including the CCRT). The 3-season room was the winner, we spent most of our time out there! Loved it!

This house was clean and comfortable . We loved the sunroom and the deck. The house is well located and an easy walk to the bike trail . We enjoyed using the kayak at the lake (which is at the end of the street).

Birthday Weekend

Needed a spot for my partners birthday that would accommodate a dog as well and we couldn’t have found a more perfect spot. The cleanliness, amount of rooms, outside area etc was amazing. I was a little skeptical of places that allow dogs as I’ve had pretty nasty spots that forbid dogs but this blew my mind bookmarked for sure we will be back.

Wonderful Clean Home

Beautiful furnished and clean home. The neighborhood was quiet and extremely peaceful. My children loved watching the wild life out of the windows in the three season room. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice location

The location in Brewster was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The porch was very nice all day long. As an older person, the room lighting could be improved and more. Backyard was very nice also. Enjoyed our stay as we had our grown children with us and family in the area.

Picture Perfect!

A Retreat for Three Ladies. The house was spotless, it was beautiful, it was exactly what we needed! Comfortable Beds, HOT HOT (welcoming) Water, and a serene back yard.... we didn't' want to leave.

Great home away from home!

This home has a great homey-cozy feel. Love the screened in porch and the availability of a nice propane fire pit to use. Perfect for a fall night. Home was very clean and organized. Lighting is great overall weather window daylight or indoor lights. I like the availability of rooms and bathrooms from top to basement. Overall had a great experience staying here!

Good location

House is in a good location in the Brewster area which is our preference. If you wish for a quiet area this is it. House is nice with a great inside porch and deck area. Especially for summer rentals. Full bath is upstairs. 1/2 bath downstairs. Restaurants near by and house cozy.

Quiet Area

Home was nice, ductless a/c in bedrooms, sun room and living room. Basement had a large lounge area with a walk in shower in third bathroom. We used that one exclusively. No a/c in Basement room which was a little warm because of a dehumidifier running.

Clean and quaint cape house

House was great for a weekend away with friends. When we got there the house was very hot but it cooled down quickly. Incredibly clean. Our only issue was the basement did not cool down during our stay so we didn’t spend any time down there. There were two box fans we tried to get some cool air flow but it didn’t work.

Great location, great sunroom!

We had a lovely stay, the interior of the house was super clean, the landscaping was beautiful (the blue hydrangeas were in full bloom!), the location was great - the street is nice and quiet and we enjoyed walking to the little pond beach each morning and evening! We caught a great unexpected sunset the last night at the pond beach! We absolutely LOVED the sunroom, what a great bonus for the house. We sat in there for hours and hours all times of day and evening! We ate all of our meals at the table in the sunroom and used that as the primary living room. My husband now wants to build the same thing at our house (haha)! Would definitely stay again or recommend this property to others.

Nice location in Brewster

This house is in a nice location. Loved the sunroom where we enjoyed our meals. There is a full bathroom on the 3rd floor, a half bath on main floor, and a full bathroom in the basement with a walk-in shower. The house was clean, but the bottom floor was unusable due to a very strong musty odor. There was a dehumidifier in the basement but it wasn’t running when we arrived. We ran the dehumidifier and opened windows, but 5 days later the smell was still so overwhelming to everyone, that we were not able to use the bottom floor except for using the shower. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nice to hang out with friends. We really enjoyed going to Race Point Beach in Provincetown.

Wonderful property in the cape!

This was our first time staying in Cape Cod. We went in the off-season for Thanksgiving so we could spend it with our daughter who is attending college in MA for the first time. We chose it based on the pet friendly policy and ability to accommodate a large group that joined us for Thanksgiving dinner (we have some extended family in This Island and our niece flew in from Chicago). Just an excellent experience staying here. It was so quiet and peaceful. The leaves had turned and made for a beautiful scenic holiday. We felt like we had the entire Cape to ourselves! There were a surprising amount of shops and restaurants all open that allowed for some alternate dining options. The beaches were empty and beautiful even in the chilly weather and we were able to take a scenic drive along the coasts to take in the cape without the crazy summer crowds. The House was ideally located and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax after long days of sightseeing. The furniture was comfortable, beds were good, and everyone enjoyed their stay. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation Rental

My family and I rented this beautiful home for a week-long getaway in August, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The location was absolutely perfect - just a short distance from a scenic bike trail that we took advantage of for our daily runs and bike rides. The house itself was stunning and immaculately clean. We were impressed by how well-maintained and cared for the property was. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed being able to take a short walk to the nearby pond. One of our favorite features of the house was the sun room - it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the warm sunshine. The back porch was also a highlight, giving us a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy meals and spend quality time together. The house's proximity to so many gorgeous beaches was an added bonus. We were able to explore a variety of Cape beaches, all within a short drive from the rental. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this rental property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and conveniently located family vacation home. We hope to return again in the future!

Wonderful home near a lovely pond

We loved walking to the pond to swim and exploring Brewster. The owner has lovely artwork (of her own!) displayed in the very comfortable house. We would definitely consider staying again!

Lovely cottage

My family and I loved our stay, especially the 3-season porch, where we basically spent all our time. The whole house was in great shape, the bathrooms were all modern and clean, and the house and yard were very welcoming and cozy.
