「Very clean, super lovely staff (shoutout to Raya who had the best recommendation for a day in Sofia), location is good, 10/15mn away from the historical center and both check in and check out was very straight forward WiFi is a bit unstable but they're working on it and we were on holiday so in a way, it forced us to disconnect a bit which was not a bad thing for us. I'm sincerely looking forward to returning to Dunav Apartment and Sofia!」

「The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well. Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication. The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court. We enjoyed being there.」

「We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend! 」

"I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk."
