Floor Plan and Sleeping Arrangements

High Meadows Cabin accommodates up to 13 guests across three levels, with four designated sleeping areas, including an open loft.

Ground Level
- Bedroom 1: Two queen-size beds, sleeping up to 4 guests.
- Bathroom 3: Conveniently located on this level.
- Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use.
- Garage: Interior stairway providing direct access to the main living area.

The garage and adjacent bedroom feature radiant floor heating for added comfort. Additional portable heaters are available if needed.

Guests can access the main living space directly from the garage using the interior stairway without having to go outside.

Main Floor
- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, sleeping 2 guests, with an attached private bathroom.
- Half Bathroom: Conveniently located near the main living areas.
- Living Room: Open-concept gathering space featuring vaulted ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace.
- Kitchen and Dining: Fully equipped kitchen and dining area, perfect for shared meals.
- Outdoor Decks: Enjoy mountain views and fresh alpine air.

Upper Level
- Bedroom 3: Two queen-size beds, sleeping up to 4 guests.
- Open Loft: Twin-over-full bunk bed, sleeping up to 3 guests, overlooking the main living room.

The loft provides an additional sleeping space while maintaining an open connection to the living area below.

- Parking: Space for up to six vehicles in front of the cabin.
- Pet Friendly: Up to two dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per stay.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Gatherings: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.
- Minimum Booking Age: 25 years.
- Accessibility: This is a multilevel property with stairs and no elevator.

Damage Waiver: SkyRun includes a property damage protection waiver of $69 on each reservation, this may be included under the 'Cleaning Fee' or 'Host Fee' on some OTAs. The damage waiver covers damage to the property up to $1,500 so long as the damage is accidental and reported to SkyRun prior to your departure. It does not cover damage that is willful, the result of negligence, or damage caused by the misuse of household items. It also doesn't cover unreported damage. SkyRun doesn't charge our guests a refundable damage deposit in lieu of the waiver. Unlike a refundable damage deposit, the damage protection waiver is non-refundable.
