The residence "Relais de la guisane" is ideally located, just 50m from the Prorel gondola and 200m from the center of Briançon (pedestrian walkway in front of the residence).
Ski holiday apartment, 2 rooms and mountain corner, 38m² is located on the 3rd floor of the residence with elevator. Its south-facing balcony offers a view of the mountain, the slopes and the river.
It includes a mountain corner with bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed in 140, a living room giving access to the balcony, a renovated and well-equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, toaster, 4 vitro hobs, oven and microwave etc ..., a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.
Private ski locker available.
Free parking at 500m or possibility of paying underground parking at 100m.
Shuttle at 50m for exploring the valley.
Our animal friends are not allowed.
Housekeeping not included.
