"Well-lit parking near to sidewalk. Desk staff friendly, courteous, and efficient. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was not elaborate but it was fresh and hot. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy."

"Front desk staff was very nice but room was kind of dumpy. Trash on floor of bathroom. Stain on ceiling. Light shiny directly in room but blinds blocked most of it."

"Booked for a Morgan Wallen concert. Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 pm and didn’t get a text that my room was ready until 8:30 pm. Had to change clothes in a dirty bathroom along with a bunch of others that also didn’t have their rooms. For $800 a night it was the most ridiculous hotel stay I have ever had. Hotel was fully booked and apparently they failed to have enough staff to clean rooms "

"Really nice property and a good value but there was a big tent out in the parking lot playing very loud music until about 10:30 p.m. it was extremely loud considering it came through the walls and windows on the 10th floor as if they were in there with me. That's probably not a good thing for future reference. "

"Walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from a cough to a whisper! Breakfast was nice and they have lots of snacks!"

"This hotel's pool/spa and elevators were in NON-WORKING condition. I was told because I booked through a third party I wasn't made aware of it until the time of check-in. WE DID NOT stay here. In my opinion, they should have notified every single person with reservations about the amenties that were not available. I had 4 grandkids with me, they would not have been happy with no pool and I would not have been happy lugging our stuff up 2-3 flights of stairs. DO better and inform your guests of changes in amenities."
