"Check out is at 11:00 a.m. We walked over to the QT across the street and when we returned at 9:37 a.m. we could not access over room. I'm assuming they checked us out and disabled our room key so we could not get in the room (where all our belongings still were). We found a maid and asked her to let us in our room. This was much to our surprise but was the only issue we had during our stay."

"Room, shower, mattress, bedding was great! Pillows were comfy! The only thing that was a concern was the toilet bowl not filling up with water and ability to properly flush. We filled the toilet bowl With water and it seemed to help. I think there was something sticking in the bowl that kept It from filling up properly. Location and staff were wonderful!"

"Breakfast was horrible. Not worth it at all. Stayed here two years ago for track regional and breakfast is still as same ole cheap products. Needs an upgrade. I booked through Hotels.com and was charged on my debit card and my wifes debit card. Still tied up in the refund process trying to get my funds back. Just know when i come back for the regional track meet next year. I will not be staying here. Ever again. Two years ago, i enjoyed my stay here. This time was horrible. Never again. Didn't get room cleaned each day. Had sticky stuff on the floor when we che ked in and had to wait for the next morning to get it cleaned. Staff was not good at all. Did not have any hospitality. "

"Room was not very clean. Walls and furniture were beat up as of they were in the process of remodeling rooms and bkfst room. Several small cockroachs showed up in the room. Couch was so worn out, could not sit on it comfortably. Mold on tile in bathroom. All amenities were shut down and not open."
