There are plenty of things to do and see. The space comes with a in-suite laundry and a fully equipped kitchen inside your space for a nice home-cooked meal. Great location

Very clean and updated property. Location is very convenient. Neighborhood is busy and can be a bit noisy at night but some great bars/restaurants within walking distance.

Easy location. Close to Fairfield University. Clean and neat.

Very easy stay and great location convenient to Fairfield University . Plenty of options to walk to for coffee or meals. Had everything we needed. Clean, well equipped. Great communication with owners.

Good spot!

Black Rock is an eclectic area with music, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The unit is walking distance to these places. The unit is very clean and newly updated with modern touches! The communication with the manager was quick and efficient! It would have been nice to have dedicated parking for the unit, but there was always ample street parking.

Superb.Location in Black Rock Community

This property is located just off the main street of the beautiful Downtown area of Black Rock. Stores, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Shopping is minutes away. This is a great location! This unit had a relatively recent renovation which was tastefully done. Storage in the bedrooms was limited to closet space only (no dressers). There were some small items that require minor fixes/tweaks, including the towel racks / toilet paper holders and the kitchen HVAC remote that was not able to be located. The listing mentions parking available, but it is street parking and may require parking a number of houses away from the unit. There is a lot adjacent to the unit but it is shared with an adjacent property and may not have spaces available. Also there is a yard, but has no grass if that is something required for pets you may have. Overall good, but could/should be better. The host was very responsive and good / easy to work with.

Was the perfect spot for a small group in town for a wedding! One bathroom but made it work with 6 of us just fine. Great location with lots of good spots in walking distance.

The Kitchen was fully equipped and the house was nice and cool. Communication was excellent, host responded promptly to all questions and pictures were accurate of the house. We were not disappointed and will do again next year if available.
