To begin with, they list baby cribs among their amenities, yet when I went to the front desk to request one, I was told they didn't have any; consequently, we couldn't sleep that night because we had to keep watch over our one-year-old to ensure he didn't fall out of the bed. 「The room was in terrible condition. The door would barely open and there were holes in the walls and cords everywhere. There was no fan in the bathroom and water damage from the shower above. The beds were very springy but comfortable enough. The staff was friendly though barely present.」
