“We rented this home for our daughter’s college graduation and were fully transparent with the owner beforehand. Although the listing allows up to 15 guests, we never exceeded 14 people, and the gathering was simply close family, including grandparents and young children. There was no party or disruptive behavior.Around 10:30 PM on graduation night, the owner began repeatedly messaging me, saying he was “watching the house” and accusing us of violating the rental agreement. The constant, late……

“This location has several nice touches including a plate of cookies, some toiletries, and decorations that made it feel cozy. However, the beautiful stained glass window is not closed and isn't able to be manually closed. With the location being downtown you can hear everything going on outside at full volume. There are ear plugs provided in the unit which help somewhat. Another note is that there weren't many details about parking. There is metered street parking (free on weekends) and a……

“I loved my stay at the Dune! I was in a corner room and it got great sunlight all day. It was just a few minutes from the beach, so I was able to walk out and watch the sunrise. There was also a market across the street that had delicious breakfast. I brought it back to my room to eat while enjoying the Keurig coffee in the room.”

“The room was very comfortable, and check in was smooth. I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). But the amenities were great, and the temperature was good, even though it's a basement unit.”

“The property is well kept and the house decorated beautifully. We didn’t get to enjoy the adorable fire pit and barbecue as it rained most of our stay. The coffee bar was well stocked and a delightful welcome as we did not have time to shop prior to our arrival. Our family immensely enjoyed our time together. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. Claudia responds to messages immediately.”
