「There are still some trash inside the trash can. Inside the room there was the unmistakable odor because of the trash... Some hairs are on the bed. I believe they didn't clean the pillow nor the sheet... The heater is too small. Even turn it to the max power, it's still cold in the room.」

「I think you can get a better experience at a comparable price elsewhere in the village. We dealt with very loud guests screaming and playing music until 3am and the staff did nothing about it despite our calls to the front desk. 」

However, I wanted to mention that we found it impossible to rent snowmobiles because we hadn't booked them in advance. While we’ve found it fairly easy to rent recreational vehicles during other parts of the winter season, they were completely unavailable over the holidays. I would recommend that future...
