The hotel is very dated. Our room was not cleaned well..We found items that should have been seen by the housekeepers. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The towels and sheets were very worn and dirty looking. The bar and restaurant staff was not very friendly.. The all inclusive is very limited in terms of choices. I will not return to this facility.

The drinks were so good that I never made it for breakfast. Lol! The lunch and dinner were good though. This resort is for more of an older crowd, and everyone there besides me was retired. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bartender Trey is hilarious and entertaining, and the manager is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Pros: the staff were helpful and very friendly. The all inclusive food and drinks. Good for budget travelers. Cons: The room layout is much to be desired. The room layout was clustered. The ac was stuck at one temperature so the room was always hot and had to rely on the standing fan. The shower was interesting in that it wasn’t enclosed -partial glass no door. So when you shower the bathroom floor gets wet. The sink was shooting out water and even if you slightly opened the water sprays everywhere. Because of the warm room mosquitoes were insane! It’s a small place so depending on where your room is located you will be in the center of all the night entertainment. It delays bedtime if you are an early sleeper.
