Fantastic stay

The booking of the apartment was very easy and the owner was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. The property manager Dawn was amazing and helped with any questions asked, and was very friendly. 1st class customer service. The only thing regarding this property and would recommend especially if a family, you will need to consider having a car to get around unless you are happy walking in the sun for 25 minutes to get to the beach, which is not ideal for kids. Would stay again and the pictures don’t do the property any justice, it is very well kept and very spacious (the kitchen is a lot newer than the pictures show)

Heavenly Vacation!

Such wonderful people to deal with, both the owner and the property manager. Fast friendly responses, helpful when needed. The property itself is exactly as shown in the pictures on VRBO with one exception. As my daughter said, the pictures don’t do it justice! A little difficult to find initially but truly, that was a bonus. It was lovely and quiet with no road noise, no exhaust fumes and absolutely no traffic yet a very short drive to very good restaurants and beaches. Reserve with confidence. Thank you for the “loan” of this beautiful condo. It would be my utmost pleasure to stay here again.

6 days without a/c in over 85-degree temperature

I stayed at this rental from July 26 to August 7. The unit is nice and clean and the local host (Dawn) was very responsive and accommodating. I booked the unit as we were a group of three and needed two bedrooms. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in one of the rooms was not functional for 6 days. The local person did her best to troubleshoot the problem and bring in servicemen to try and address the issue. The problem was finally resolved on Friday night, 6 days into my vacation and 5 days before I left. I appreciate all that Dawn did to try and address the issue but it was really inconvenient and uncomfortable. Firstly, we had to drag the additional cots into the master bedroom to sleep at night since it was unbearably hot in the room. It was so hot that I would bring the standing portable fan from the living room upstairs to try and ventilate the area so that I could take a shower. Every time I took a shower I still ended up hot and sweaty while trying to get dressed as the fan did not cool the room down but just moved the hot air around. I contacted the host/owner via the VRBO app on August 5 to ask if there was an “adjustment” or partial rebate to the rental price and have yet to hear back. Needless to say, I’m not impressed.

Great stay at Springcourt Apartments

We stayed here for 11 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious clean and set in a quiet neighbourhood near a golf course. We walked down to the beach which took us about 20 minutes but it was a pleasant walk. The property has a good swimming pool as well. The contact with the owner and Dawn who met us at the property to welcome us in was very good. They also did some shopping for us before we arrived which was great . Thanks very much for an enjoyable stay in Barbados

Home away from home

My husband and friends were really happy with everything from the very beginning miss Dawn Smith was very nice she made sure we had all we needed for the vacation to be a complete hit! We will definitely come back again hopefully before the year is out and we would love for this place to be our choice second time around!!
