"Stayed at hotel instead of with family and small kids. Room clean. Bed comfy. Mais service every day. Breakfast are seemed in the small side. We didn’t use as it was crowded and people had bad manners. Realize hotel can’t make members polite."

"Great Stay just they need to be transparent about the fees. There is a 12% fee that is charged against the room rate daily. It was a surprise at checkout but all the hotels in Niagara now do this. By far, the best hotel in Niagara. The staff can be more welcoming in their smiles and greetings but other than that - service was great and place was awesome. Nothing broken, everything looking clean except I had one of my pillows with a small yellow substance on it. Again, no deal breaker. Also I asked for 2pm late checkout and they did that for an extra $70. Be that as it may, nothing in this world is free but you get your money's worth here."

"The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. They are currently updating the hallways and common areas. The bathroom on the main floor was like stepping back into the 70s but you can't let that determine your stay. The little pool was a lot of fun for my kids 8 and 5. There is a microwave in the lobby to share but not in the rooms. The main thing I would point out is that they need hand sanitizer in the breakfast line. The free parking and breakfast were definitely worthwhile and made up for the very short walk across the road to the water park."

"Séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble. Le seul point négatif est celui du petit-déjeuner. Manque de diversité du petit-déjeuner! On a eu la même chose les 3 matins. Ce serait bien qu’il y ait des yaourts autre que 0% et plus de fruits. Il n’y avait que des bananes!"

"Our family came to church Stone for the first time dealing with the homeowner for our stay was fantastic. Quick to respond to all messages and all the amenities were extremely clean and easy for us to use. We had a great experience and we’ll do it again for sure."
