"Ben at front desk was very kind and helpful when I had made a mistake with my booking date. Had to let water run for 15 min in shower before barely warm enough to shower. "

"The hotel was nice walking in and we had immediate service at the front desk. Parking was easy. The pool and hot tub was nice and the little tots play area was fun for the littles. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast tasted good and was fresh. BUT.... Our room was extremely cold, so we turned up the heat and it didn't work. The phone in our room didn't even have a cord attached, so we could not use it. Our toilet was clogged, so my husband had to go down to pick one up (we couldn't call) and they just sent it with him to the room without offering help (embarrassing). There was drops of something red on the side of the bathroom counter that looked like blood but not positive. My son found a pill of some sort at the end of one of the beds on the floor but so glad he found it and not the little one. "

"The room was the worst it was dirty, the mirror in the restroom had lipstick with a hearts all over the mirror, the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The coffee maker was dirty it had the previous coffee from the night before. The beds didn't seem clean. People tried to break in our room. The breakfast was horrible. I am so disappointed and upset with this hotel. "

"This hotel is wonderful. But it would be helpful if the restaurant opened earlier and stayed open later. Finding an open restaurant in downtown St. Paul is challenging so it would be nice if you could depend on your hotel to feed you."

"The room was completely disgusting, it was very unpleasant and unsanitary, electric outlets did not work safely and almost melted my charge block. The tub was unsafe and nasty. The building itself had a lot of sketchy people and the whole floor smelt like drugs. It is not a safe environment for families. It was a major waste of time and money. "
