"I had an excellent check in experience at the property. I arrived about an hour before check in and had every expectation to wait for check in time. I used the number posted at the front desk to notify the staff I had arrived and got an immediate response. The agent informed me he had just started his lunch break and that housekeeping was still working on the floor my room was assigned. I told him to enjoy his lunch and I would wait out my hour in the well appointed sitting area. Instead he came right down after communicating with house keeping. I was in my room and had my bags delivered less than 5 minutes later. The agent asked about my departure, which was scheduled for an early the next morning and told me that he would leave a note to have the morning staff assist with baggage. He suggested I message the same number again when I was ready. The next warning I sent a message asking for assistance within 5 to 10 minutes again the agent quickly replied and was at my door five minutes later and had me on my way very quickly afterwards. It was a seamless experience with highly competent, accommodating, and pleasant staffing. It went above my expectations as I understood the property to be more of a self style check-in and was very pleased with the experience."

"Very charming hotel. The staff was very friendly an accommodating. Great location, however, it does sit on a pretty steep hill -- which was no problem walking TO the ferry, monorail and Pike market areas, but we ended up choosing an UBER/Lift to get back to the hotel (many times). Enjoyed the restaurant/bar (Stella) and the cozy lounge areas to enjoy food and drink. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and will plan to stay here on my next trip to Seattle."

"We were there only for the one night to catch a cruise. Jesse, who was the bellman when we arrived, was particularly helpful. The parking valet, whom I did not get his name, managed to get my husband‘s electric Scooter into the van along with 6 pieces of large luggage. The rooms are designed well. The TV is big. The bed is comfortable and large and the room was quiet perfect."
