"Had a excellent stay at the Level a month ago.
There was a booking mistake from my end and realized that i had booked for a smaller space than what i actually needed and realized only at the time of check-in.
A special shout-out to Jeroom, the manager, who assured me ,that she would make sure that i could get accommodation i wanted, despite being told earlier by the staff that none was available due to the World cup crowd.
Couldn't be more happier with our stay at the Level, because of the caring nature of Jeroom.
Wishing her all the best and i can assure that i will choose the Level every time I'm in Seattle:)
