“Thankfully this wasn’t my first trip to Saas-Fee or I’d never go back…
I’ve been going for more than 10 years and we have a place in the village but needed somewhere bigger to accommodate family.
Topline… the place is well past its sell by date and the interaction with the hosts - Saas Holidays - wasn’t great.
On arrival we had our apartment number on our booking and told the concierge on the phone. He said that he didn’t have the booking reference so as long as we had the number on our……
