"Clean room "

"I came to check in around 10pm. I had notified the staff and they were aware. The first odd thing was the person checking me in had an air pod in his ear the entire time he checked me in. He asked for my ID, then he made a copy of it!! That still does not sit well with me. I have NEVER had them take a photocopy of my ID before. I got my keys and proceeded to my accessible room on the second floor. I was overcome with the scent of cleaning products and the room was dreadfully HOT!! The hallway outside was hot as well. I put my bag down and checked the thermostat on the wall. Nothing. No power. It didn’t work at all. I went over to the unit in the window, thinking maybe it just works from there. I was able to change the temperature, etc, but nothing happened. I waited a few minutes and the air never turned on. I grabbed my bags and my sore and tired self BACK to the lobby. The man at the desk still had that air pod in his ear as I said to him FOUR TIMES the THERMOSTAT wasn’t working. He finally gave me another room one floor up. Well, it was cooler. It was NOT accessible. The toilet was practically on the floor. The lamp shades were ripped, there were stains on all of the woodwork. There was a hole in the wall where the door probably hit it too many times. The tub…well, I hope it just needed to be resurfaced. Otherwise it was FILTHY! I would never recommend this establishment."

"Extremely thin walls/ceiling consistly very nosiy late into the night and early morning, so thin of walls heard the next guy snoring in the next room, and lots of foot stomping above me all night. Not very clean, was dirty Qtips behind toliet upon arrival and dusty/sticky furniture."

"Breakfast was fresh, room was clean and staff was super friendly The warm cookies in the afternoon were very good"

"Room was clean but bedding was terrible. Pillows were pathetic, all 4 . Sheets did not fit mattress so had to sleep on rubber mattress cover. Kathy Hilton would not allow RHOBH to sleep with those conditions. It was hard to find an open parking spot. Restaurant was good."

"This place may be better than described! We stayed here while looking for an apartment for our son moving to the area and it was perfect to relax in and regroup after a long day searching. The 2 car garage was a bonus. It could easily host three couples privately for a fun getaway. If you like the spa treatment they have it all. Host easily reachable for any needs and super nice to work with. You won't be disappointed!"
