huge space for a big group and soo many bathrooms!

The White House was perfectly suited! Big enough to fit us all without being on top of each other. Lovely and clean. We're very happy with our choice of accommodation. The house offered plenty of beds, five bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a large living room. It was very clean and well-organized, with an abundance of dishes, including pots, baking trays, plates, glasses, and cutlery. There was a large flat barbecue grill and ample outdoor seating. The house was in a fantastic location within easy walking distance into Bright. There were 15 of us, 12 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. At no stage did we feel cramped even on the one day that it poured with rain and we were pretty much confined to the house. The separate retreat out the back and the five bathrooms made it extremely comfortable for all of us. I would highly recommend the White House and Retreat

Reviewer Comments: White House is a wonderful, spacious house, with the Retreat in the back yard making it larger, with extra bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. The house has large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, large kitchen/dining area and living area, the high ceilings making it feel even larger. The back yard is a good size and the under cover bbq area is huge, giving plenty of areas for outdoor living, playing games, making it perfect for kids and adults alike. Great position, walking distance to shops, parks, etc. Perfect place for groups, family reunions, with the multiple areas, there is space for everyone.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE HAVE RENTED THIS PROPERTY AND WAS NOT SATISFIED AT ALL AS THE WASHING MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING AND THE DISHWASHER AS WELL. IT WAS REALLY DIFFICULT TO MANAGE WITH THE BIG GROUP. PROPERTY MANAGER SHOULD HAVE CHECKED ALL THE APPLIANCES BEFORE THEY RENT IT OUT.

Good location, massive property, needs maintenance

On the positive side, the property's size was impressive, allowing the kids to have a great time. The location was convenient and added to the overall appeal. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues that impacted our stay. Firstly, we encountered some unwelcome guests in the kitchen - ants were crawling over our food after the first night. This was quite a disappointment and made us uneasy about using the kitchen for the remainder of our stay. Additionally, the common bathroom had an unpleasant sewer smell that found its way into the house and even into one of the bedrooms. This was not only uncomfortable but also posed a hygiene concern. Furthermore, we noticed that the laminate flooring in the bedrooms at the back of the property was coming off. In spite of these issues, our overall experience was okay. The property has potential, but it's clear that it requires better maintenance and attention to detail. With some upkeep, it could be an excellent place to stay in the future. In conclusion, while the property's location and size were definite highlights, the maintenance issues we encountered were disappointing. Addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Great fun and prime location to Bright

It was great fun the kids really loved the bunk beds and the location was great walking distance to cafes, shops and playground for the kids.

This was a really spacious house with 18 of us staying here. There is a lot of extra space in all of the bedrooms, and the two living areas are really big. Every room has heating that worked a treat, and we had the woodfire going as well (there is no guarantee that wood will be supplied, but if it is, you can use it).The bathrooms are modern and spacious too. There is plenty of room for parking multiple cars off road. The main streets of Bright are only a few minutes walk. I can't recommend this holiday rental highly enough. We loved it!
