「Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. 」

「Property and room very nice. With the description of a kitchenette we assumed there would be at least minimal cookware and dishes so we did have to adjust on our meal plans, but that was not a big deal.」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」

「Super clean, really good condition, the king bed was very comfy and the double shower was awesome. Had to call the management company twice, once for early check in(way early!) And because of a front desk issue NOT related to the condo, both times they were super awesome 」

「This condo was perfect for us. Our teens had their own bathroom and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. You walk out of the second floor right onto the slopes at the orange bubble heated chair lift. The building also had a shuttle for going to town for dinner or shopping. The base is very walkable from the condo. We ski the Rockies every year and this is one of the best set up condos we have stayed in.」

「Perfect location if you’re looking to ride Brighton. Nice size for a 5-6 people. Communication was great. Only issue was having 1 half-broken snow shovel for +40” inches of snow during my stay.」
