Our receptionist was Martina and when the room we were directed to proved too noisy she calmly offered us an alternative in the Mews which proved to be perfect and quiet.

Schon die Lobby war beeindruckend gestaltet und auch das Classic Doppelzimmer mit Stadtblick war schön und hatte sogar etwas Meerblick. Es war sehr ruhig gelegen und enthielt alles, was wir brauchten. Die Kleiderstange/ Fächer waren allerdings sehr knapp, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Das Frühstück konnten wir an der Fensterfront mit Meerblick genießen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Lanes und Restaurants, Pubs (z.B. Lion & Lobster) bzw. Strandbars waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Unser Auto konnten wir in der kleinen Tiefgarage abstellen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

All the staff were fabulous and Ida in the restaurant in the evening was superb! The hotel is tired, worn carpets in communal areas but overall the room was very comfortable and clean.

Ein sehr schönes Gebäude, das an allen Stellen wie ein schickes Boutique Hotel wirkt. In den Zimmern könnte man etwas auffrischen. Das Personal ohne Ausnahme professionell und sehr freundlich. Geradeaus über die Straße steht man direkt am Strand.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Excellent service for all staff who interacted with us throughout the hotel, bar and restaurant. Will definitely use this hotel again next time we visit Brighton.

The hotel in Brighton boasts an excellent location, close to the seafront and vibrant city attractions, with pleasant communal areas like the stylish lounge and bar. Our 3pm check-in was delayed as one room wasn’t ready, but the staff offered a free drink in the bar while we waited. The mews rooms have a nice small outdoor space, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, making for a solid stay.

Staff were all amazing, happy, friendly, helpful and professional. Some areas of the hotel feel a bit dated but didn’t impact our stay. Lobby and bar are beautifully decorated. Had a fantastic weekend and will definitely visit again

The carpet in the room could have done with a proper shampooing and cleaning if not replacing. In addition, there were no plug sockets by the bedside. I have to use a CPAP machine when I sleep and was unable to use it as the plug socket was too far away.
