Kickin back in cottonwood canyons

Great location and scenery. Be prepared for the drive in the winter but, staff was very hands on and made us feel comfortable with the complete experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location and overall our stay. Comfortable, cozy, warm, nicely decorated. High on the mountain with great view. An AWD is highly recommended and I even used a pair of snowsocks which were kindly provided by the owners. Great service by the management!

All the little details were noticed and appreciated! The variety of kcups were delicious. The cabin had great heat and absolutely amazing views! We didn’t want to leave!

Unpleasant Neighbor Ruined Stay

An univited neighbor harasser made my stay uncomfortable and when notified nothing was done to remedy the situation. Left a horrible impression of the property and its neighbors.

Great place, loved our time

We had a great stay. The place was clean and the space was perfect. The views of the mountains and sunsets were wonderful. In the winter, do be sure that you have the means to get there. We have AWD and had chains. When we lost a chain on our drive, the property manager helped us pick up a new set that we bought online through O'Reilly's, so we'd be in good shape for the ice and snow. Such great service. Thank you Marissa for the help and for a great stay!

Close to many summer activities including great hikes, mountain biking or taking beautiful scenic drives. Cabin is as described and management company was very communicative throughout the entire process. We highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore this part of our world!

perfect for family

Perfect family cabin. Be aware if you prefer eating home , or you like home cooking , there is not really big grocery store around. And if you run out of grocery during the storm , you will be stuck without food sources , unless you use food delivery. Overall cabin has everything you need. Make sure during winter use 4WD vehicle and have chains in your trunk just in case the conditions gets severe.

Good location

Had some trouble with check in and the cleaners.Arrived and house was not clean. And meet up for getting to the house did not go smoothly. However they discounted me and made it right for the cleaners mistakes. Great views and fun getting to the house (if you have the right vehicle). I would stay again
