Disappointed bad stay

Very limited parking , the street was always wet with garbage water due to a dump site at parking area，smelly. Room conditions poor, very small room and no place to put luggage, too smally moving place, the dressing table is so small only for kids, I think is for children 😒.smelly comforter, pillow very hard . Very disappointed stay and not worth for the price.

Cheap and convenient

Functional room in a good location, cute self serve cafe downstairs. Staff unhelpful advising activities, were not able to suggest hiking trails or where we may find maps. Wifi intermittent and bed sheets stained. Bathroom clean and shower great.

Almost 5 stars

The room was large and very comfortable with excellent shower. Location was good lots of places to eat nearby. There is a large construction Project Next Door but really no noise to interrupt us. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because the cafe appears to be open very limited and they don't not tell you this when you arrive. Also could clean the stairwells every now and again.

Lousy WiFi They closed the tv automatically around 12+ am. When I ask the staff to come up and fix it, the guy show unpleasant face. We did said thank you but he ignore it and left. I seriously feel disappointed on the staff attitude. for my future stay I won’t choose to stay with snooze anyways

Quiet & Comfortable Stay

Hot water - have to wait awhile for it to come on. Wi-fi - a bit slow during the night, maybe due to the number of guests. Location - great, away from the main crowd, therefore quieter, yet only about 5 min to shops. Room - clean & comfortable. Amenities - lift available for those staying highrt floors.

Highly recommended!!

This was our 2nd time here. As before, we were satisfied with the room and will always be our top choice in Cameron Highland. This hotel is very close to the famous night market, Big Red Strawberry farm and etc.

A good budget hotel

Was looking for an affordable yet comfortable hotel for night stays as traveling during the day. Room is not that spacious (103) but enough area to walk about. Was there on a non peaked period, thus hotel was quite quiet though construction sounds could be heard up till 11pm (not hotel's fault). Housekeeping service was excellent (folded the clothes on the bed). Breakfast is charged but its quite satisfying.

Good spot near to night market

Good spot, walking distance to night market. Excellent cleaness & comfortable. Water heater functioning. Not really soundproofed, can hear clearly if next room is talking loud and can hear the loud sound of water pumper outside the room / from the next room clearly. But overall it's okay and worth to stay here. Will suggests to friends.

I was assigned to a room with a very bright street lamp post shine into the room, perhaps if the hotel could provide a wider curtain over the window edge then it will be perfect.

Cozy, close to night market

Quality bed and pillow Room is cozy and clean, except size rather small Sound proof of the room need to be improved. Could hear every single word guests at next room spoke. It's noisy and spoilt the atmosphere. Staff didn't show friendly and no smile to the guest, only seen 1 staff with friendly smile. Staff at ground floor should be alert to do the table cleaning after guest done with dining. The empty plate and leftover food were there for quite some times and cleaner pretended not seeing it, receptionist sat there do nothing. Generally it's recommended to stay there.

Come for the cool weather

We were impressed with the lobby. Very homely feel. 1 level have 5 rooms and we took up 4 rooms. It is a small boutique hotel and it is very cosy. We are free to use the utensils provided outside our room. Most rooms are small and no aircon/heater in the room. Window can be opened to allow cool air to come in. Water heater temperature is good but toilet does not come with amenities. Bath towel is provided. TV channel is good too. Around the hotel there is a 7-11 and some eateries. Bed is firm but comfortable.
