「This is a brand new property with an official opening on the 1st May 26 operated by the Ascot Group. General staff are most helpful and ready to attend to your queries however limited. Our first assigned room on the 13th Floor overlooking the golf course was perfect except for the smell coming from the bathroom. A request for a change of room was done expeditiously and the rest of the stay was pleasant. 」

「Our family of three only stayed for one night, but we would have been comfortable on a longer stay. Wendy and Jason were superb communicators and were very helpful with a later checkout when we made the request a day ahead. The apartment is well-furnished, including flip-flops for use in the bathrooms. Check-in, as well as everything else, was clearly explained and the process was a breeze.
