“Simple appartment in a block of flats. The kitchen is small and poorly equipped, given the size of the flat. Be aware that it has no air-conditioning. (We noticed, because it was >33°C outside.) Big rooms, we slept well. No dedicated parking available, so we had to look elsewhere for public parking, which was no big deal, though.
Communication with the agency was a disaster. After I reserved the object, I was directed to their web page via email to provied more data and pay the tax. However, the……

“Von Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fühlt sich als wäre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben möchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Ausserdem gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine kleine Kinderclubhütte beim Spielpi - soo süss!! Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Hapimag Resort in Ascona! Top top top! Wir kommen wieder und werden Sie gerne……

“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”
