Large Self-Serviced Apartment, Opposite from Nature Reserve

Directly opposite Seven Hills Bushland Reserve, this self-serviced apartment provides the essentials & bed space for a 4-person group. Apartment is on the ground floor of my house & is hidden off the road behind a row of trees, accessed by a few steps.

5 minutes' walk to nearest bus stop, or 15 minutes to nearest train station, for easy access to the CBD, airport or beach. Cannon Hill Plaza is nearest shopping centre, walkable in 20 mins or about 3 stops on bus.

Free on-street parking available.

Please ensure rubbish is disposed of in the correct bins outside, and that AC, TV, and lights are all switched off while you are not in the apartment.
Outside bins put out Monday evening for Tuesday morning collection. Rubbish (red) is weekly, recycling (yellow) 2-weekly. Refer to calendar in room.
Please ensure that the place is clean on check-out. Dishes should be clean and put back away, oven free of burned on food, etc.
