Nice premium room and polite staff. DFO nearby for shopping and eating. Only downside was check in, everything was repeated twice including ID check and credit card taken twice two hrs apart, gives an odd vibe as first impression esp to a tourist

Great for a long stop over.

The welcome we received at check in was really friendly and helpful. The room was probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in and th bed was very comfortable. We got a taxi to and from the hotel with ease also and went for food nearby.

There was a very obvious stain on the top sheet. The Wi-fi was very sporadic (coming an going in terms of being online) Staf were friendly, rest of the room was nice, modern and clean.

We stayed at Novotel Brisbane Airport for one night. Since our flight was at 10:30 a.m., the location was very convenient for getting to the airport. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the dinner at the restaurant was disappointing. As other reviews have pointed out, we hope the food quality will be improved.

We arrived on a late flight from Hong Kong (we got to the hotel around 11.45 pm) and the staff at the desk made check in seemless. About 5 minutes from airport in a taxi (taxi was expensive for 5 minutes, about $40). The room was spotless and modern. No noise whatsoever. Very large, comfortable bed. There was a wide choice of food for the buffet breakfast that was all presented very well and tasted delicious. Fantastic hotel for weary travellers.
