Room was clean with very comfortable bedding. Staff at check in were very helpful and friendly. Overall, a very convenient place to stay when visiting family at Kelvin Grove. A courtesy bus to Roma Street train station and bus transit centre would be a bonus for travellers.

Lovely rooms, clean and tidy. We stayed there during the magic round for the NRL and found the hotel to be in a great location. Very close to the supermarket and cafes.

Property was quiet and very clean and tidy. My room had a small kitchenette in it - which was perfect for my stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend and will stay again.

Very handy to Suncorp Stadium (walking distance). Pleasantly surprised to find the hotel had EV charging, which saved us time and detours. Room nice and quiet and clean. Comfortable bed

The hotel, room & facilities were exceptional. The location was also absolutely fantastic. The female staff at the front counter were incredible & went above & beyond. The male staff member during check in was a bit of a let down though, not sure why I was left to last in the queue to check in when I was first to arrive - but anyway.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke from previous guests even though it’s a non smoking facility which we had to suffer with during our stay. The curtains were very thin, we were awake by 4.30am, otherwise, location, facilities & cleanliness was great

Great place for spending time in Brisbane. We came to visit family in the area. 15 ride to city attractions. Clean but basic accommodations. We had three bedroom with two baths. No noise or smell in bathrooms when we were there. This is not a standard hotel, staff at front desk are only around certain hours. Basic housekeeping. Had washer and dryer. Best part walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery and beautiful Victoria park

Gabriella on the front desk was very obliging and helpful when we arrived by accommodating us and letting us check in an hour early. Also I left a bottle of wine in the room which she kindly arranged to give to friends also staying in a different aparment when I rang and explained the situation.

I am unable to comment on the property condition and area around the property as I did not venture around the property nor did I inspect it. It is situated in the hub of the QUT Kelvin Grove precinct. The facilities appeared clean and the hotel cleaning staff were lovely. Our stay at the Quest was pleasant due to its location and our needs however, it could have been much better if my interaction, by way of email communication with the General Manager (Peter) and staff member (Gabriel) was better before arriving. It started very badly because of unclear advertising via the Wotif booking site and the Quest webpage. In my circumstances, both staff members were not flexible or did not appear to understand or reason with my reasonable and rational request, which was initiated more than 48 hours before arrival. Both relied on fine print that I had missed. In my opinion, they were not listening rather than stating words like 'Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention" and "We will review your comments to make improvements." For any person just looking quickly for accommodation (very standard for me) and not looking through all the fine print (opening all hyperlinks), there is much better value accommodation available with standard expected inclusions which are extras at Quest Kelvin Grove. Management (Peter) did not respond to emails sent.
