The instructions concerning the operation of the lifts were absent and the two keypads in the lifts made things confusing. The low level keypads were not very user friendly.

Checking in process a joke
No reception at hotel so all over emails and apps. Needed to enter a code to enter lobby and to get lift to floor. keypad in lift was so low hard to do. We had family from overseas and they didn’t have phones so hard to get into rooms with the door entry app. Rooms were dusty .

After a little of trying to get in, finally figured it out and got to the room. Room was nice, good size, did pay for 2 beds and was a little not happy to find out it was just a cot as the second bed, the mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but overall, would book with them again

Fantastic Brisbane accommodation
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this vibrant new precinct. You hardly need to use your car as everything you need is right there on the property. Great food options, shopping, a cinema and on these hot days the rooftop pool is just divine. The room itself was on the small side but was great to also have a balcony to get some fresh air. Everything is new and modern and once we figured out the access system, it couldn't be easier. First rate communication with management too. 100% recommend.

Good location and easy to commute to nearby tourist attractions, however there is no front reception desk and all the communication is via email or phone. We had to remind by calling the contact centre to send us the door keys. There was a lot of dust in the room when we arrived. Room size is not same as the photos rather super big bathroom takes a lot of the space , we stayed in king deluxe room. There was no change of sheet or towels or toilet rolls for our 5 nights stay.

Key was hard to work out and not all time would work as a app on phone ..then you need call office to get new codes .could be so much easier with a swipe card

The check in process is a bit complicated and takes both time and WiFi to complete. We needed the staff help to check in and the only way is to call them. And for us to call them cost money. However the staff was very helpful and kind. The room is amazing, clean and very nice. Nothing to complain about there.

Great place to stay. Convenient, close to cinema, supermarket, coffee shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Nice and clean. Easy.

The check in process is a little annoying - as someone booking a business stay for their partner it became a hassle that they have to take a selfie and a photo of the ID and wouldn’t accept an email copy even know it matched the credit card and booking name! The hotel is absolutely fantastic though, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, pool area is spectacular and the staff were good on site just not via email
