「A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish. The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). 」

「Location is great, but the room itself is dated. Could do with a lick of paint, some repairs to the furniture and a much better heating system. Kettle wasn't working when we stayed but I'm sure this was resolved for the next guests.」

「We booked this place for 2 separate stays months in advance. 1st stay upon arrival and 1st use cups needed to be hand cleaned, using the sink faucet sink would not drain, water was leaking from the pipes under the sink onto the floor. Flooring separating, probably from water damage. We used the toilet there were spiders that i had to kill. Contacted the property manager and pipe leak fixed only. Was texted back they cannot control spiders getting in. 2nd stay nothing fixed and manager did...

「Excellent stay in the 2 bedroom garden flat. Accommodation deserves its high hotels.com rating. Parking was included through hotels.com but I would have been annoyed if asked to pay thei advertised fee per night where there's clearly sufficient parking for one car per apartment. 」
